RS121多功能插入式延(yan)時(shi)繼電器可無電勢觸(chu)發或PNP/NPN傳感(gan)器,與插座C11A插座連接。延(yan)時(shi)繼電器主要用于(yu)直流或交流操(cao)作的各種保(bao)護和自(zi)動控制(zhi)線路中,作為(wei)輔助繼電器,以(yi)增(zeng)加觸(chu)點(dian)數量和觸(chu)點(dian)容量。可根據(ju)需要自(zi)由調節(jie)延(yan)時(shi)的時(shi)間。
繼電器測試
1、測線圈電阻
萬用(yong)表R×10W檔測量繼電器線圈(quan)的(de)阻值,從而(er)判(pan)斷該線圈(quan)是否存在著開路現象
2、測觸點電阻
用萬用表的電(dian)阻檔,測量常閉觸點與動點電(dian)阻,其阻值應為0;而常開觸點與動點的阻值就為無(wu)窮大(da)。
3、測量吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)和吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)流
用可調(diao)穩壓電(dian)(dian)源和(he)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)表(biao),給(gei)繼電(dian)(dian)器輸入一(yi)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)壓且在(zai)供電(dian)(dian)回(hui)路中(zhong)串入電(dian)(dian)流(liu)表(biao)進行監測。慢慢調(diao)高電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)壓,聽到繼電(dian)(dian)器吸(xi)合聲時,記下該吸(xi)合電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)吸(xi)合電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
4、測量釋(shi)放電壓(ya)和釋(shi)放電流
像上述那樣(yang)連接(jie)測試,當繼電(dian)(dian)器發生吸(xi)合后,再(zai)降低(di)供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓,當聽(ting)到(dao)繼電(dian)(dian)器再(zai)次發生釋(shi)放(fang)聲音時(shi),記下的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),亦可嘗試多幾次而取得平(ping)均(jun)的(de)釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)壓和釋(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。
