請注意,在探測(ce)器有源(yuan)區邊緣的不均勻性(xing)可能產生(sheng)有害(hai)的電(dian)容(rong)和電(dian)阻效應,從(cong)而扭曲光電(dian)二極(ji)管輸出的時域響應。因此(ci),Thorlabs建(jian)議將(jiang)入射光正(zheng)對有源(yuan)區中心。外殼上的SM1(1.035"-40)螺紋非常適合(he)將(jiang)Ø1英寸聚(ju)焦透鏡或針孔安裝在探測(ce)元(yuan)件(jian)前面。
